This lastest inquiry was masked to look like it came from CareerBuilder from a foreign company. If you search for “Payments Manager job scam” you will get a number of different sources which verify this is a job scam. In the end you deposit fake checks which will bounce and in the mean time the employer has you mailing a portion to them and you get stuck with a bounced check.

• This “Payments Manager” fake job scam came via email from Rodrigo Diaz (even sounds like a fake name).
• Other records of this company show that there are many warnings about this being a job scam.

Paypal Phishing Scam Email

I found this email in my Gmail junk box but thought it made sense to take the time to identify for you how you can identify this email as a Paypal SCAM phishing email. You can ALWAYS verify if the email is really from Paypal by looking at the “Dear…”. In the email below, it’s addressed to “Dear PayPal Costumer,” An authentic REAL email from PayPal will always be addressed to your name like: “Dear Matt Sweeny,”.

Lipitor, Myopathy and my Dad

Read the Latest on Lipitor Exposed

Last year my Dad filled me in on the fact that he took a pharm. called Lipitor way too long and it messed his body up, bad. He also enlightened me that he was not sharing information with the rest of the family about this chronic prescription issue which he described as a lack of warning from his doctor. I will be writing so much more about this as I take great strides to spread the word about the dangers of Statins like Lipitor –  a $13 billion a year pharmaceutical product.

My Dad took the time to document the poor communication from his doctor regarding his use of Lipitor and he wrote down a log of side effects he experienced. This log will be added later, but I’ve got the content from my Dad on his iMac G5. These will come.

I moved this investigation to another website called Lipitor Exposed where you can read the chronology my Dad documented to explain his reactions to Lipitor which he prepared as a record for a visit with the doctors at Mayo Clinic in MN.

For now, lets review Statins like Lipitor with the help of a few videos on the subject.

My Dad The Artist

We celebrated the life of my Dad, Barry Sweeny, last week. As I mentioned on this post from last week where I mentioned his obituary.

Hultgren Funeral Home in Wheaton, IL provided the cremation, visitation and so many other fine end of life services to my family. Here are some of the photos from the visitation at Hultgren.

My Dad had just joined and was so passionate about a Lombard, IL model train club called Prairie Scale Model Rail Road Club.

Based on the number of complaints filed about this illegitimate company, this is a scam IMO!

The other key ingredient is that as you watch this video about what Transworld Systems has to offer, the video never actually says what this company is, what you are selling or what this job might entail.

Here is yet another job scam offer I received from my CareerBuilder resume from Transworld Systems, Inc.

My name is Devlin Holt. I am the District Sales Manager for Transworld Systems Inc. and I noticed you recently updated your resume on CareerBuilder.com.

It appears you may have the attributes we are seeking. We are looking for results oriented individuals around the state for outside sales of our unique profit recovery service.
